Hey guys,
Sorry, it's been so long since my last post, but as I'm sure you are aware it's been a stressful New Year. Since, the announcement of the show's cancellation it's been pretty tough around the studio, and I am grateful to all of you for your unconditional support, and for those who are making an effort to get the show picked up elsewhere. We, at As The World Turns are aware of the efforts being done on Facebook, Twitter, and all of you writing different talk shows, and networks trying to get people to pick up our show, and we are SO grateful for it. It's really sad that more and more soaps are being cut out of Daytime Programming, and that more and more networks are looking to Reality Television and Talk Shows which are cheaper to make, as their new line up. These Reality shows do not provide the type of story, and history that soaps do, and one of my favorite parts of a Soap is the tradition passed down in families. Each family has THEIR soap, that their mother's mother watched, and so on, and no other genre really provides that type of tradition, and sentimentality. It's really unfortunate, and we are all really sad at the show, but are so appreciative of everyone's love and support, and hope that we can make these last couple months the best ever! We hope to rap up each character's story to the best of our ability, and do Oakdale proud!! Keep watching and Thank you again for everything.

I just want to say thank you for all your support, love, and understanding, and for giving me the unconditional support you have since I started on the show. It really has made my experience on the show that much more meaningful, and fun. Having such supportive fans is one of the main reasons why our show is still surviving in this fickle business, and you are such a crucial part to our success. Without you, we really wouldn't be here. So, from the rest of the cast of ATWT, and myself, thank you for your many, many years of support, and I hope you enjoy the site.
